Our rates are modestly priced year ’round. There is a two night minimum.

• Sunday through Wednesday nights: $165.00 per night
• Thursday through Saturday nights:   $185.00 per night or
• $1100.00 per week charge of $10.00 per person over 6 people will be added to the nightly rate.
• An additional $10.00 per person beyond 6 people.

Security Deposit

A credit card number will be requested at the time of check-in for any damages or losses which may occur during your stay. Your card will not be charged unless there are damages or items missing. Please notify us of any damages or losses during your stay. The property will be inspected before and after each occupancy, and unfortunately, you will be financially responsible for damages or losses that you incur inside or outside the property.

Cancellation Policy

All fees are fully refundable 21 days prior to your date of arrival. If cancellation occurs after the 21-day period, they are non-refundable, however, you may rebook at any time and those funds will be applied to your next reservation.
